Always state your personal or social security number.

The easiest and fastest way to receive your unemployment benefits is to fill out your «Details regarding insured person» form and submit your monthly documents online at www.job-room.ch.

We thank you for your understanding and valuable cooperation and wish you a happy holiday season!

We will be happy to talk to you in English on the phone and in mails.

Unfortunately, the software of the Federation we have to use to manage cases does not yet offer English. For this reason, some forms and automatically generated correspondence will only be available in German, French and Italian.
